Job Description:
• Good exposure to ServiceNow automated testing module
• Development of test cases, approach, reporting etc
• Exposure to Selenium
• Good understanding of ServiceNow modules – ITSM, ITOM, ITBM
• Exposure to ITIL process, ESM and integration
Process Skills:• Developing test cases based on the requirement documents
• Develop test plan and approach
• Good Understanding of ITIL v3 processes
• 4 years of relevant working experience in ServiceNow
Certification:• ServiceNow system administrator (CSA), ATF, Selenium

Manual Testing experience of around 1 to 3 years in Payment Domain Strong domain knowledge in Banking Payments

GPPMP, GPPHC, GPPSP, SWIFT FIN experience desirable
MQ, API, SQL/Oracle experience desirable
Jira / Confluence experience desirable
ISTQB or equivalent qualification desirable
Knowledge of testing concepts, STLC, SDLC
Sound knowledge on Test Planning, Test Scripting, Execution, Defect Logging and tracking Having hands on SQL queries
