Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated QA Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. The QA Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by designing, implementing, and executing comprehensive testing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of QA methodologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to understand project requirements and design comprehensive test plans. Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios to identify software defects and ensure the desired functionality and user experience.

Perform manual testing of software applications, including functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard testing frameworks.
Participate in requirement analysis and review meetings to provide valuable input from a quality assurance perspective.
Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking systems, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
Perform performance and load testing to assess system stability and responsiveness. Continuously monitor and evaluate testing processes, recommending improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate in the establishment and improvement of QA processes, standards, and guidelines.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our testing practices remain cutting-edge.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Proficiency in manual testing techniques and methodologies.
Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
Familiarity with testing web and mobile applications across various browsers and devices. Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Experience with test automation frameworks.
Familiarity with version control systems and issue tracking tools (e.g., Git, JIRA). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements. Experience with performance and load testing tools is a plus.
Relevant certifications in quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
