Role: Automation Engineer – TDD, BDD, Ruby 

Location: Remote 

Duration: Long term 

Timings: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM

You know what Scrum, BDD, TDD and test-automation is. You like working cross-functionally  with colleagues and customers e.g., through pair programming. You are proactive, easily  adaptable to changes, and take ownership of the assignments given to you. Your  educational background should be relevant to computer science, software engineering, IT  Product development, IT related area or similar education. 

There are a few things we believe are must-haves 

 5+ years working as Test Automation Engineer or a Software developer in test  Experience with TDD and BDD 

 Experience with in-sprint testing 

 Experience with one or more languages: Javascript, Typescript, Ruby  Familiarity with version control tools such as GIT 

 An agile mindset (Agile Software Development Lifecycle Processes and Methodologies)  ISTQB Foundation certification 

 Experience in defining and implementing test automation solutions using one or more of  the following: Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, Cypress, SoapUI, Postman, Protractor, JMeter,  LoadRunner, VisualStudio Load Test, Grinder, Gatling 

 Work experience with JIRA or any project management software 

 Experience performing UAT and dealing with stakeholders 

 Experience with deployment and automation tools like Jenkins 

 Cloud hosted testing solutions such as Sauce Labs, Amazon, or Browserstack Apply Now

Roles and Responsibilities : 

Should have Engineering/Masters/Bachelor degree in computer science with 4-6 years of  Experience. 

Should have strong automation knowledge in Tosca and plus if other tools like  (UFT/Selenium). 

Should be able to able to handle all Tosca components it an effective way. Should be able to handle any dynamization in the projects. 

Should be able to provide solutions for any custom controls – Good working knowledge in  categorizing API and UI 

level cases for automation. 

Good understanding of handling API methods. 

Should have strong knowledge in pipeline setup CI&CD and DEX (with and without AOS). Basic knowledge of SQL commands. 

Must have knowledge of web, windows, mobile, and SAP-based technologies. Experience in defining, designing, and executing tests for cross-browser compatibility. Experience in setup automation infrastructure is required. 

Awareness of Mobile development platform. 

Awareness of the SAFe Model

Should be comfortable working from 2 PM to 10 PM IST timing
