UST is looking for Sr. Quality Analyst Engineer establishes metrics, mentors team members, manages variable staffing, and develops test programs.
Location: Glen Allen, VA (Remote Option Available)
Employment Type: Fulltime – Permanent
Required Skill:
• 8+ years or relevant experience which provides the necessary skills, knowledge, and abilities.
• Health Care background with experience in Enrolments, Claims or Billing is required • Strong knowledge of REST API testing (Postman)
• Knowledge with Agile process and SQL query
• Ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements. • Ability to understand long-term (“big picture “) and short-term objectives. • Ability to apply multiple technical solutions to business problems.
• Strong knowledge in solution areas including application design and development, application integration, middleware, database management or operations, information security, technical architecture, and network management.
• Proven Ability to develop detailed solution designs and a strong understanding of Architecture Constructs (REST etc.) and Development Methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). • Ability to work with cross-functional technical teams and engage with senior and executive level staff, as well as with business partners and solution vendors. • Possesses essential consulting skills, including planning and preparation, expectation setting, persuasion, negotiation, objection handling, tact & diplomacy, and sales and commercial awareness.
• Articulate and effective communicator and presenter with the ability to describe complex problems and solutions in simple or understandable terms.
• Substantial Manual Testing abilities.
• Functional automation with Selenium is plus.
• Ability to work nights and weekend.
