Skills and Experience Required:
BS degree in Computer Science or related Engineering discipline; or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of relevant experience
Background of the Financial Services Industry. Knowledge on Commercial Lending Business, retail banking
Ability to perform or lead test strategy development and delivery for less-complex projects. Talent and strength in writing scripts and scenarios, (as per methodology). Readiness to participate in testing processes, strategies, plans, methodologies. Ability to guide project managers and testing coordinators, manage defect management and resolution process, act as primary contact on testing projects, if required. Adeptness at testing risks and coordinating test environment.
Solid reputation as a highly effective collaborator and relationship-builder. Automation Knowledge and working experience on Automation frameworks (60-70% will be  automation in this role).Â
Accessibility testing experience. That includes screen readers, color contrast, book marklets Strong experience in understanding functional requirements, plan, design and execute end to-end tests.
Create & execute the integration and end-to-end test scenarios & cases. Strong experience in test automation development for full stack components using  Selenium WebDriver, Rest Assured, TestNG, Behavior Driven Development (BDD),  Cucumber.Â
Experience and continuous testing mindset in CI/CD environment.
Strong experience working in Java, JSON. Ability to write code/ functions for complex scenarios, integration points and supporting multiple technologies (legacy and digital) Excellent hands-on experience using tools like Jenkins, Mavin, Jira /JTMF, Bitbucket Experience in Test strategy and planning.
Test Leadership experience

Splunk skills
Testing Salesforce applications and configurations
Automation Framework Development experience
Experience using Unix scripting and commands, XLM, and Python.
