**Responsibilities**:
• Develop, enhance, and maintain tools/applications for test automation using a combination of off-the-shelf and custom-built systems.
• Work independently or as a team to establish requirements, evaluate, and recommend test automation tools.
• Identify and capture test data to support test cases defined by the testing team.
• Analyze and decompose complicated software systems and design strategies to test them.
• Use clean code practices and SOLID principles to design and build reusable test modules.
• Participate in planning activities and provide estimates for development and test execution.
• Work with management, developers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and meet project targets.
• Provide detailed documentation and training on automation tools/applications developed.
**Requirements**:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, equivalent education, or work experience.
• 4 years’ work experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Good coding skills in C# or Python and JavaScript.
• Test Automation design and implementation with approaches and frameworks
• Must be strong in test automation API work
• Good knowledge and experience testing restful services with Postman.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with configuration management/version control applications such as Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP and related internet protocols.
**Preferred Experience**:
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Postman, ReadyAPI, and Selenium test automation framework.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
• Experience creating test plans, test cases, dashboards, and pipelines in Azure DevOps.

Job Description –
Manual tester with 8 years of Functional and end-to-end testing experience with integrated applications, minimum of two applications, preferably JDE (Order Management/ Sales and Distribution module) with another application such as a Web application for taking orders.

Identify testing risks and provide mitigation plans to minimize risks.
Escalate Quality Assurance issues to the scrum master/ project manager to assist with resolving.
Establish testing metrics for test execution and defect trending. Record defects by clearly articulating and defining each issue. Coordinate with Scrum Master and Business Analyst to identify appropriate resources to ensure resolution.
Verify that end-user experience meets expectations during testing as well as post-implementation.
Identify and recommend improvements to enhance the Product.
Experience Microsoft DevOps tool will be nice to have.
