Primary Responsibilities: 

Drive and manage onsite (North Americas), satellite (London) and offshore (India) QA team  members in Equity Derivatives area and keep track of each release cycle and project  delivery 

Provide clear direction and vision to QA team members 

Ensure all regression and new functionality is tested each release cycle Identify and fill gaps in existing QA regression test suite and process. 

Provide regular status to business and IT stake holders 

Gather details about testing priorities and focus 

Sit down with team and Identify types of tests to be performed  

Preparation of test plan / strategy document for various types of testing Provide solution for application automation

Prepare requirement traceability matrix (RTM)
